As an aspiring game developer, I play a fair amount of games – market research as I tell my parents. When I play a game I usually look at why its fun, why its not so fun and what makes the game work. By knowing these things, it will eventually – and hopefully – improve the quality of the games I make and help me see flaws in a game I’m making. This should lead to a better game by me and a more enjoyable experience for the user. I offer ways in which the game can be improved and things I would have at least suggested if I was part of the development team.
